Dear Lucky Lucy Supporters and Volunteers,
We are going through a particularly tight financial period right now, so if there are any supporters out there that have any fund raising ideas that they could implement we’d really appreciate that!
We have been fortunate to receive some fantastic Dog and Cat food donations recently and that will certainly help our ailing cash flow. To those who played a significant role in acquiring these donations our sincere thanks.
One of our key future earnings strategies, the Lucky Lucy Forest, is launched this weekend at the Sundowner concert and we cannot wait to see you all there. The forest will be used widely to host fund raising events and we hope you will spread the news that the LLF Forest can be hired for private events as well. We hope to publish a ‘Forest Calendar’ for 2017 by year end, so keep an eye out for that and we naturally hope you will rally support for and attend those events yourself.
To all the volunteers taking leave to complete farm projects, to the weekend warriors who faithfully walk our Furkids and spend such valuable time with them in the camps, to the sponsors and private individuals who constantly give of their time and money – know that we appreciate your efforts, every minute you selflessly spend and every cent you donate.
