Become a Guardian Angel

We are challenging 1500 people to donate R50 per month toward the Lucky Lucy Foundation so that this Foundation can continue rehabilitating the severely neglected and abused animals as well as help destitute families and children.

WE can do this, with financial suppawt, help and spreading the word, we can give animals the very best second chance in life that they deserve, and only YOU can HELP!!!!

Step 1: Download this form. Read how your monthly donation makes a difference in the lives of our furkids. Also specify if you would like your money spent on a specific furkid, a specific resource (e.g. food) or a specific species (e.g. Cats only / Dogs only).

Step 2: Download the Debit order mandate form. This is where you need to instruct your bank to pay the Lucky Lucy Foundation on a monthly basis the amount you have specified.

Step 3: Fill out both forms and sign them.

• Fax both forms to 086 560 6775

If successfully received, you will be notified of your status as Guardian Angel and you will receive a Lucky Lucy Guardian Angel Certificate. Please bear in mind that your monthly contribution is tax-deductible and you will be entitled to a yearly tax certificate on request.
