To the Supporters and Volunteers of the Lucky Lucy Foundation

URGENT CALL FOR HELP

It is with tears in our eyes and very heavy hearts that we come to you today. We are extremely sad to send this notice out that we are drowning in running costs at the shelter. We are completely full and yet we are still inundated with needy furkids and those that find themselves unwanted. As a result, the unfortunate truth is that we need some help fast. We have run out of options and it is killing us.

Our board members, volunteers and staff work tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of furkids but without your support, we simply cannot help more furkids at the moment. We will have to close our doors to all new intakes and support to our outreach furkids will have to cease until we are back on our feet again and our debts are under control.

As we stand at this fork in the road, we hope we can count on you to stand with us in support of the furkids and ask you to open your hearts to provide for the voiceless beings at our foundation and in the communities we support. It is only with your support that we can continue to make a difference in the lives of animals today and tomorrow. It is an unbearable thought not to be able to help any more at the moment, so we beg of you to please help if you are able to, make a donation (no donation is too small), share our plea, adopt a furkid from us, buy LLF merchandise from us or support our microchip events to raise funds for the furkids. We know you are feeling the financial pinch too, but please help the furkids as they are unable to help themselves and are counting on all of us.
