The final countdown has begun and we will be in our new home within days.
The dogs will be moved this weekend all things going according to plan. A number of our board members and key volunteers have taken leave for the week of the 27th of October to complete the move.
We would appreciate any support on the new farm on Sat 26 October as well as on our current premises to walk as many dogs as possible draining their energy before the move. For any inquiries please mail volunteer@luckylucy.org
To each and every person who has contributed and assisted – we salute you! Without you we would be unable to achieve our dream.
For the new farm – our immediate needs are:
- Paving or bricks
- Dog carriers
- 100 3mx38x76 Battens & 30 6mx50x76 Battens
- 40 x 6m corrugated roof sheets / any other metal roof sheeting
- 20 x 10mm shelving boards – shutter ply
- Metal tubing for the construction of large gates
- Shade cloth
Please let us know if you can help with any of these – richard@luckylucy.org
