The Mandela Day event on 16 July was a huge success and we want to thank each and every one of our volunteers, supporters and staff personally for your amazing support and unbounded love for our furchildren.
A huge tract of land were cleared of invasive alien vegetation, and we are super grateful to our lumberjacks who laboured for hours to get the job done. The ablution blocks and shower area was painted and sealed, and even door frames fitted. We are super proud of all of you.
Our Bric-a-Brac and Snoepie was a huge hit and everyone had an awesome time and some much needed funds were raised. Our furkids were also treated to leash walking, brushing and playing sessions and our awesome volunteers made their day really special. It is after all about them.
We’re put together a few collages to show the festive atmosphere. Can’t wait to see everybody back again next year.
